"I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Michael at Pam Leonard State Farm.
My mother passed away unexpectedly and unattended. During this time her home owner insurance lapsed leaving her home uncovered. As soon as I found the notice, I immediately called the underwriter to explain the situation and pay the payment. Much to my surprise I was told that I could not pay the payment and the policy would not be re-instated. But Michael stepped in and saved the day! Not only did he call the underwriter and attempt to work out the situation but when the underwriter would not budge, Michael found an insurance company to insure my mother’s home.
Thank you so much Michael for helping during this very trying time. I will forever be in your debt!!"
